Morsi Discusses Israeli Aggression on Gaza during Phone Calls


(MENAFN- Qatar News Agency) Egyptian President Mohamed Morsi has made phone calls with each of German Chancellor Angela Merkel, Japanese Prime Minister Yoshihiko Noda, Brazilian President Dilma Rousseff and Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad. Egypt's Presidential Spokesman Dr. Yasser Ali said in a press statement today that Morsi has also received a telephone call from French President Francois Hollande. The calls came as part of efforts aimed to stop the Israeli aggression and bloodshed of Palestinians. President Morsi met yesterday with Head of Hamas Political Bureau Khaled Meshaal and Head of Islamic Jihad Ramadan Shallah as part of Egypt's mediation efforts to stop the continuous Israeli aggression.
