The three-day conference and exhibition will bring together global experts in all forms of enhanced oil recovery (EOR) techniques to present, share, and discuss their experiences.
The technical program will cover the latest advances in thermal, gas, and chemical EOR methods; EOR selection criteria; surveillance techniques for locating oil; and drivers and challenges in implementing EOR.
Several field pilots and case studies will also be reviewed, he added.
This event presents a great opportunity for practicing engineers, geoscientists, managers, team leaders, technical professionals, and anyone who needs to improve recovery from their assets using EOR, he
said.
The exhibition will highlight the operations and activities of national oil and gas companies, such as Petroleum Development Oman (PDO), Oman LNG, Abu Dhabi Petroleum, Qatar Petroleum, Bahrain Petroleum, and Bahrain Gas.
