(MENAFN- UkrinForm) One Ukrainian soldier was killed and two wounded as a result of military operations in the anti-terrorist operation (ATO) zone in eastern Ukraine over the past day.
Ukrainian Defense Ministry's Spokesperson for ATO issues Andriy Lysenko said this at a press briefing on Friday, September 15, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
"As a result of hostilities over the past day, one Ukrainian soldier was killed in enemy shelling on the Ukrainian position - Butivka coal mine. Another two soldiers were wounded near Pisky, Lysenko said.
