Kuwait- Airport strike brings chaos to Milan

(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) ROME, Aug 1 (KUNA) -- Travelers in Italy's business capital Milan faced delays and cancelled flights on Tuesday after air transport personnel went on an abrupt strike.
The strike, which started at 5:00 AM local time, brought flights to a halt at Milan's Malpensa and Linate airports, as ticket offices across both airports were swarmed by agitated passengers.
Strike action at some of Italy's major airports has caused hundreds of domestic and international flights to be cancelled. (end) mn.nam
