Riyadh, Shawwal 04, 1437 H, July 9, 2016, SPA -- Iran topped the list of racist countries in the world, where it came second, according to an opinion poll included 80 countries around the world, carried out by a group of Swedish researchers, foreign media reported.
The poll showed that Iran is pursuing discriminatory policies against both Sunnis and Arab residents on its territory as it prevents Arab citizens from wearing Arab dress or learn Arabic in schools.
The poll pointed out that Iran has changed the names of Arab cities to Persian names, and prevented Arabs from completing their higher studies and assume leadership positions and the judiciary.
More than 4,000 Sunnis were excuted since 2011 and flimsy charges and deprived them from building mosques in a number of cities, including Tehran, despite the fact that their number reaches 22,000,000 Sunni.
