Chinese economic progress to be 7.1 percent in 2015

(MENAFN) Recent research reports shows that China's economic growth in 2015 is expected to be 7.1 percent, with its GDP hitting 7.0 percent in the first half, a 0.42 percent points decline over the last year.

However, the economy was growing steadily after hitting the bottom, after the much needed adjustments of the economic structures made by the government were beginning to take effect.

Moreover, the recent report issued by the research team of Xiamen University shows that the potential growth rate will be around 6.79 percent annually and averagely for the next five years.

"China shall optimize economic structure by constant and flexible policies to create the environment for future development during the next few years," said the University's report.
