Easterly winds will also cause an increase in relative humidity. But the maximum temperature will come down to 39C at Mesaieed and Wakrah from Thursday's 42C.
Doha, Ruwais and Dukhan are forecast to experience a peak temperature of 38C and Al Khor and Abu Samra 37C.
Fresh northwesterly winds, which continued on Thursday, brought in lot of dust, causing visibility to drop to less than 2km.
