(MENAFN- Saudi Press Agency) Riyadh Dhu-AlQa'dah 15 1436 AH August 30 2015 SPA -- Secretary General of Riyadh-based Gulf Cooperation Council Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashed Al-Zayani received at his office in Riyadh today members of the technical committee of the telecommunications secure network including the pertinent authorities in the GCC member states.
During the meeting Al-Zayani was briefed on the steps taken as part of this crucial project in the field of communication among the GCC countries.
He expressed satisfaction over the steps taken in the project so far noting that it is a strategic project that once again confirms the endeavor of the GCC states to enhance solidarity and linkage among themselves and at the same time lauding the skillfulness of the human resources of the GCC countries.
The meeting was attended by GCC Assistant Secretary General for Information Affairs Dr. Abdulhameed Abdul-Ghani.
