(MENAFN- QNA) Algerian Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation Ramtane Lamara met here today with HE the Assistant Foreign Minister for International Cooperation Affairs Sheikh Mohamed bin Abdurrahman bin Jassim Al Thani.
In a statement after the meeting HE Sheikh Mohamed bin Abdurrahman bin Jassim Al Thani said his visit to Algeria came to discuss development of bilateral relations and in the context of the coordination of political action between the two countries with regard to all issues especially Libya given that Algeria is a neighbouring country to Libya. He described views of Algeria and the State of Qatar regarding the Libyan Issue as identical.
HE Sheikh Mohamed praised the role of Algeria towards the crisis in Mali, expressing the hope that the agreement signed between Malian parties in Algeria would result in a final agreement next month.
