Russian foreign minister is set to visit Turkey on Monday


(MENAFN) Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov will visit Ankara on Monday, based on diplomatic sources.
Within the context of the meeting, Lavrov along with his Turkish peer Hakan Fidan will negotiate mutual collaboration problems, such as trade, energy, as well as tourism.

The foreign ministers will debate on stopping the conflict in Ukraine as well, with a fair and permanent peace via diplomatic efforts, and also talk on the current associates between the United States and Russia, as well as Turkey’s role to this step.

Turkey’s preparation to hold possible meetings between Russia and Ukraine, just like it did in March 2022, will be additionally emphasized.
