(MENAFN- Gulf Times) Kuwaiti Foreign Minister Sheikh Sabah Khaled al-Sabah arrives with his German counterpart Frank-Walter Steinmeier at a press conference after their meeting in Kuwait City yesterday. The German minister is on an official visit to the emirate. The two foreign ministers held talks on the relations between Kuwait and Germany as well as the latest regional and international developments.
