Jordan PM circulates government's services charter

(MENAFN- Jordan News Agency) Prime Minister Abdullah Ensour circulated on Monday the government services general framework charter for public departments, formulated by the Ministry of Public Sector Development. The charter is due to be published on a website allocated for this plan.

Public Sector Development Minister Khleef Khawaldeh said in a statement that the charter organizes the relationship between government's bodies and service recipients with an aim to provide government services in an efficient and effective manner.

The charter, he added, was set to promote accountability, transparency and good governance, as well as to enable stakeholders in and outside the Kingdom to monitor the governmental bodies' performance.
