UAE's R Holding plans USD190m mall expansion project
(MENAFN) R Select, a retail unit of R Holding, is set to undertake a USD190 million expansion project that includes developing multiple malls in Dubai and Ajman, Arabian Business reported.
Under the brand 'CityLife', R Holding is set to build 2 community malls in Dubai and 5 in Ajman. Also, the firm dedicated USD82 million from its existing cash flow, with banking sources to cover up for the remnants.
It said the CityLife concept targets cosmopolitan consumers looking both for neighborhood convenience and an extensive product range.
