(MENAFN) Marriott International is ready to expand its businesses in the region, adding 80 properties and almost 16,500 rooms to its Middle East and Africa portfolio by 2020, Arabian Business reported.
By 2016, Marriott will enjoy a number of more than one million rooms: vacant and\or still in the development process. The Group's operations are set to provide 150,000 employment opportunities in hotels.
"We have ambitious plans for growth internationally and the region will play a large part in helping us achieve both our short-term and long-term targets." The CEO of Marriott International said.
