Emaar to inaugurate new residential project in Dubai
(MENAFN) Emaar Properties is set to inaugurate a new residential development scheme, illustrated as a two-tower housing project situated in the heart of Downtown Dubai, Arabian Business reported.
The new Forte apartment's project, initially planned by the Japanese Nikken Sekkei, constitutes from a 70 and 50 story residential towers with bedroom apartments ranging from one to four.
Located on Mohammed Bin Rashid Boulevard in Downtown Dubai, the Forte apartments will overlook the Dubai Opera, a 2,000- seat, multi-format, performing arts center which will be the centerpiece of The Opera District.
