(MENAFN- The Peninsula) Director General of the Public Authority for Manpower Jamal Al-Dousari announced that waiver has been given to all unions in the agricultural sector, livestock breeding and fishing as regards to the payment of KD 250 bank guarantee for recruitment of workers from abroad, reports Al-Seyassah daily. Al-Dousari made the announcement after meeting with the chairpersons of the concerned unions. He said the authority always stands on the side of the farmers while making procedures easy through the automation system linking labor departments with the unions.
He disclosed the experiment concerning completion of transactions for the Fishermen Union was a success. He added the link with other sections of farmers and unions will be ready soon, through which they will be carrying out transactions concerning work permits and final cancellation for traveling of their workers to their home countries.
