Merger of royal courts ordered
(MENAFN- Arab News) Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman has issued a royal order joining the Crown Prince's Court with the Royal Court according to the SPA.
It said the order was made after a proposal made by Crown Prince Mohammed bin Naif who is also deputy prime minister and interior minister to merge the courts in a 'single body.'
The king also ordered the 'formation of a committee under the chairmanship of the chief of the Royal Court to complete the necessary procedures and submit recommendations in a maximum period of three months' the SPA said.
The move is likely to further streamline administration.
