(MENAFN- The Peninsula) Qatari Businesswomen Association has partnered with Executive Training Solutions, in sponsorship with Al Faisal Without Borders Foundation, to conduct an Etiquette course "Etiquette Princess". This course, which is the first of its kind in Qatar, is aimed at girls between 9-13 years old. This course which started yesterday will run till tomorrow.
Vice-Chairwoman of the Qatari Businesswomen Association, Aisha Hussain Alfardan, (pictured) said: "This partnership arises from the association's interest to provide training opportunities in different fields. This training will help girls from 9-13 years old gain principles, skills and develop their personality to become future leaders".
This training greatly supports Qatar's National Vision 2030, specifically the Social Development pillar. This pillar gives a notable focus on empowering women; enhancing their capabilities and encouraging them to participate fully in the political and economic spheres, especially in decision-making roles.
"We believe conducting such training is very important in order to help build and shape Qatar's youth. We are pleased to conduct this training in partnership with the Qatari Businesswomen Association and the support of our sponsor Al-Faisal Without Borders Foundation," Rima Arab, Founder and CEO of Executive Training Solutions. "Seats were completely booked within 48 hours of the course being advertised. This proves the awareness of the Qatari community regarding the necessity of conducting such courses," she added.
Introducing behavioral and communication skills to Qatari girls in this age group will help shape them into the successful leaders they are meant to be. It will help build their character, leadership skills and show them how to deal with other cultures, while taking into consideration the Arab Culture and the Gulf's Regional Values.
Etiquette knowledge will enable the young girls to present themselves with confidence, know how to act, show respect to others, and build healthy relationships with others from different backgrounds. The girls will learn how to represent their country's image in an international, eloquent manner.
