Saudi- Man gets 15 years for terrorism
(MENAFN- Arab News) The Special Criminal Court in Riyadh has sentenced a Saudi to 15 years in jail and a travel ban of equal length for joining the Al-Nusrah terrorist group while in Syria and publishing tweets encouraging people to attack the minister of interior.
Five years of the sentence was for contravening sections of the country's cyber laws. The court proved that the man had belonged to a takfiri group publicly disobeyed the government and received military training while in Syria.
