Women do it their own way

(MENAFN- Arab News) As the Decisive Storm proceeds acts and not words express the willingness of citizens to prove their appreciation and love for their nation ready to sacrifice their blood bodies and souls to defend the country.
Women just as men want to express their love for their country personifying the old saying "behind every great man there is a woman."
Munerah Salem Al-Fifi the wife of a soldier who watches and guards the nation's borders said that the peace and security of the Kingdom is a priority for all loyal citizens adding: "The least we can do as wives of soldiers is to bear the time and distance that separate us from them to raise our children the best we can to educate them and give them trust and confidence. I personally do these duties happily."
Another wife Shaqraa Mohammad Al-Mesrahi said: "My husband is one of many soldiers posted in the Tuwal sector. I am so proud of him and when our children ask where their father is I tell them he responded to the call of duty to defend our country. I am now their mother and father until he returns home victorious and safe."
Mariam Saeed Al-Yami expressed deep feelings of pride and honor toward her husband who is now participating in the defense of his country along the border.
"Our lives all of us men women and children would be cheap without our country. My only desire as a Saudi woman is to participate with the military in defending our beloved Kingdom" she said.
She added that her husband went to fight for his God religion and country. "His last words were to ask us to pray for him that he would die defending his country and religion" she said.
Jammylah Hassan Al-Abdaly said that despite the daily pressures and responsibilities she faces because her husband is away in the military and she works most of the time she is happy playing the role of mother and father adding: "Despite the worries and tensions I feel proud and honored because my husband is guarding the border."
