Dutch minister to visit Jordan


(MENAFN- Jordan News Agency) Dutch Minister for Foreign Trade and Development Cooperation, Lilianne Ploumen, accompanied by Deputy Foreign Minister, Jones Bos, will pay an official visit to the Kingdom upon an invitation by Interior Minister, Hussein Majali and Minister of Municipal Affairs, Walid Masri. Ploumen will visit Zaatari refugee camp for Syrian refugees on Sunday to voice the Netherland's solidarity with Jordan, and the refugees and assess the humanitarian support provided by the Netherlands to Syrian refugees through international organizations.

During her one-day visit, she will also meet with the minister of municipal affairs and mayors of cities to discuss burden and challenges facing them Ploumen will also discuss with planning and international cooperation minister to discuss the repercussions of the Syrian crisis on Jordan.
