Dubai to spend USD1.36b on phase two of Healthcare City


(MENAFN) The government of Dubai is set to spend USD1.36 billion on the 22 million square feet expansion of the second phase of Dubai Healthcare City, Arabian Business reported.

The cost of the second phase is estimated between USD816.62 million to USD1.36 billion. The second phase was initiated by the vice president and prime minister of the UAE.

Among the projects included through the phase are retail stores, hospitality and leisure facilities, as well as rehabilitation facilities that will overlook a waterfront.
