Helicopter that Carried Sudan's Vice President Catches Fire

(MENAFN- Saudi Press Agency) An airport official says a helicopter that had carried Sudan's Vice President caught fire after landing hard following a strong crosswind.
Salah Salam, the director of Khartoum airport, said Sudanese Vice President Hassabou Abdul Rahaman had gone home before the incident after a trip Saturday to a central part of the country.
Salam said a strong crosswind caused the helicopter to 'capsize' as the crew tried to take it into a hanger. He says the helicopter, which belongs to a private company, then caught fire, injuring one person, AP reported.
