Sharjah to make USD2m infrastructure project


(MENAFN) The Sharjah Road and Transport Authority has announced its plan to make an infrastructure project worth USD2.721 million in Al Musala, according to the Emirates 24/7.

His Highness Dr. Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, and the supervision of Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammed bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Crown Prince and Deputy Ruler of Sharjah will all direct and manage the construction works of the project.

Sulaiman Abdul Rahman Al Hajiri, Director for Roads Affairs at the authority, said that the new road plans will include the rebuilding of Fadl bin Abbas Street, which extends between Buraydah ibn al-Khasib and Al Zahra Street.

The plan will also transform the Musalla Al Eid square into a parking area for customers visiting the neighboring Municipality building.
