AJMAN, 13th December, 2017 (WAM) -- H.H. Sheikh Humaid bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Ajman, today received Abdul Hadi bin Muhammad Al-Shafi, the new Saudi Consul-General.
During the meeting, His Highness, the Ruler of Ajman, welcomed the Consul-General, and wished him success in carrying out his duties, emphasising that he will receive all the necessary cooperation to facilitate his mission.
They also discussed the brotherly relations between the two countries and ways to boost them in various fields.
Al-Shafi commended the joint cooperation between the two countries in all fields, praising the cultural renaissance witnessed by the UAE in various cultural, social, health, educational, and urban sectors, among others.
The meeting was also attended by Dr. Sheikh Majid bin Saeed Al Nuaimi, Chairman of Ajman's Ruler Court, Tariq bin Ghulaita, Director of the Ajman Ruler office, Yousef Al Nuaimi, Director-General of the Department of Protocol and Hospitality, and a number of senior officials and dignitaries.
