Reserved Modern Line SS 2016
Modern Woman
Ad campaign that promotes woman’s Modern Line is reminiscent of Pedro Almodóvar''s movies. It''s packed with creative retro-style outfits, and very colorful. Craziness of the designs is balanced by more sophisticated concepts, based on new classics. Suits, dresses, and two-piece sets have been actually reinvented by including some fashion accents: strong, bright colors (rusty red, canary yellow, indigo), and abstract graphic prints (like colorful barcode). There have been also some cool cuts and new fabrics featured too. Light vintage dresses and broad culotte-like trousers will be definitely a season''s must have, as they are perfect both for a night out and for a beach party. Modern line has also it''s „sea world” edition, where turquoise, blue, ultramarine and indigo rule. It''s full of tight, body – conscious garments. Speaking of cuts – we finally announce that spring and summer 2016 is the end of long fashioned layering. It is time to emphasize the body: to wear single clothes like tight mini-tops, to tie knot belts in your waist, to put on tight trousers. On one hand, we „unveil” and show bare skin (mini skirts, arm-baring tops). On the other hand, we cover the body by wearing high-neck blouses. Reserved''s trend-creators suggest to wear monochrome sets that include similar-colored accessories, which appears to be a quite fresh styling idea.
Modern Man
Men''s line is all about traditional tailoring trend, dedicated to elegant and classy man. Great suits, shirts and jackets have a classy feeling, but they have been created from amazing new fabrics, in stunning colors. Sporty touch on the line has been added for an update, according to international trend forecasts. Fashionable details for example are tiny prints on shirts, and royal blue colored suits (Reserved''s answer for a royal trend in mensfashion). Reserved''s man is masculine, smart, self-confident, and well - established guy. He opts for well known cuts, and classic is a base of his wardrobe: chinos trousers, Italian style shirts, jerseys and knits, light windbreaker jackets, polo shirts are the choice. Collection is enriched by surprising additions: slim tie, new color palette. The collection entitled “Classic reinvented” is dominated by subtle sets of muted hues: beige, brown, with splash of turquoise and indigo. The styling in the campaign are also very fresh. Casual meets formalism here, knits are matched with suit-wool, fashion is combined with practicality.
