Thailand's TCC to buy Casino's Thai Unit for USD3.5b
(MENAFN) TCC Holding Co., the Thailand-based industrial conglomerate, is in the process of acquiring a controlling stake in Casino Guichard-Perrachon SA's Thailand hypermarket chain for nearly USD3.5 billion.
