New Zealand dollar holds steady ahead RBNZ statement

The New Zealand dollar near a three-year low against its U.S. counterpart on Wednesday, as traders closely anticipated the Federal Reserve`s policy outcome.
Also on the policy front, the Reserve Bank of New Zealand will be announcing its interest rate decision later today, where the bank is expected to leave its benchmark interest rate unchanged at a record low 0.25%.
The NZD/USD pair steadied around 0.7475 levels at 11:23 GMT.
