Dacoits rob Edhi centre in Karachi in Karachi

(MENAFN- Khaleej Times) In a day-light robbery on Sunday dacoits broke into headquarters of Edhi Centre in Kharada Karachi and looted cash and gold worth millions.

Social worker Abdul Sattar Edhi told police that about eight persons with guns in hands entered the centre where he was sleeping. They woke him up and asked for keys of the safe deposit. “They remained at the centre for nearly half an hour and looted nearly Rs20 million and a kilogramme of gold” he said.
