Air Berlin launches Hamburg-Abu Dhabi service next year
(MENAFN) Air Berlin announced it will be launching direct flights between Hamburg in Germany and Abu Dhabi next year, Gulf News reported.
The company, which Etihad Airways owns nearly 30 percent of its shares, did not give any more details about the service except saying that it will be launched sometime in the beginning of 2015.
Etihad 'equity stake investment in the German carrier has seen Germany become the emirate's largest source market, replacing the United Kingdom.
