(MENAFN - Arab News) Alid bin omar al-kaf managing director and ceo of mobily said that the company is the most important player in the communication and information technology sector and he expected the sector to contribute strongly in the company's revenues.he made the remarks during the sidelines of euromoney conference 2014 in riyadh in the presence of a number of visitors and high-ranking officials from both governmental and private sectors. al-kaf said mobily is interested in the services of the business sector and the company focuses mainly on three fields: health education and the financial sector.he stressed that the financial sector can make the best utilization of information technology services when focusing on three factors: firstly in widely available smart devices providing easy access to internet from anywhere secondly the cloud computing services with their big flexibility and last is (m2m) device-to-device services which will see a rise in demand during the forthcoming period.al-kaf discussed also the importance of cloud computing services that provide great flexibility to subscribers as well as for us as a service provider as it ensures the service provider to make the most of the infrastructure. it also provides a cost saving for subscribers in addition to its flexibility.al-kaf sent a reassurance message about the safety of data being hosted through cloud computing as mobily owns several data centers spread around the kingdom. they include information security centers that meet international standards.al-kaf said mobily offers the business sector a global-class services. mobily has entered into several partnerships with many of the world's reputable companies such as ibm cisco and virtustream.mobily is participating in conference activities as 'an exclusive communication partner" for the fifth consecutive year.
