Saudi- Exhibit to showcase 1000 paintings

(MENAFN- Arab News) Arabian wings (aw) will kick off fiesta 1000 a display of 1000 paintings in jeddah on thursday at the al-furusya yacht club.

'the project has received support from different interested parties including the saudi commission for tourism and antiquities the jeddah municipality the saudi art association (gsft) and saudi-arabian culture and art association" mohamed bahrawi president and founder of arabian wings said

He said that the exhibition of small-sized artworks with an aim to garner publicity and promote marketing for an artist was not unusual.

'it is a common practice all over the world and this experience has been brought to saudi arabia in different forms and under different labels" he said.

'fiesta 1000 is geared to stand out unlike other passing art events through relying on an exhaustive study of the investment market in saudi arabia in general and in jeddah city in particular besides focusing on the need to promote artists properly by exhibiting their works in the best possible light."
