Desigual opens first outlet in Oman

(MENAFN- Muscat Daily) Spanish fashion retailer Desigual opened its first outlet in Oman at Muscat Grand Mall (MGM) on Sunday.

The store, which sells clothing, shoes and accessories, was inaugurated by Ibtihal al Zadjali, TV presenter and media personality.

Desigual, a brand which was founded in 1984, has stores across North America, the Middle East, Europe and Asia.

''Desigual is a brand which is famous for its patchwork, flamboyant colours and intense designs,'' said Stefano Gentile, area manager, Desigual.

He added, ''We see Oman as an emerging market and there is a lot of potential here. We want everyone here to wear a Desigual design.''

Developed in collaboration with Vivid, the design and interior of the store has a vibrant and youthful look. The new space blends contemporary materials and textures with bright colours and neon-lit designs.

The interior of the store has been designed using patchwork carpets and mats. The new store is located on the first level of MGM.
