(MENAFN Press) A group of Saudi investors has established a new real estate investment and development firm in Riyadh. The new entity, Best Choice Real Estate Development, will operate internationally through its new headquarters in Bahrain with support from offices in Turkey and Maldives. It will offer a comprehensive range of property solutions addressing the current needs of the international markets driven by professionally trained international project management teams

Best Choice Real Estate Development will deliver end-to-end services ranging from feasibility and market studies and strategies to sales planning and execution across the global markets. Its launching is very timely given the lucrative opportunities currently emerging from the international markets, particularly in promising high-growth areas in the Middle East, Turkey and popular Asian tourist destinations

Apart from its custom-made real estate solutions, Best Choice owns prime property developments in Asia and Europe primarily aimed at potential investors from Saudi Arabia and the GCC. Although exclusive properties for sale in locations such as Turkey, Spain and Asia target businessmen, investors and other high net worth individuals, Best Choice also caters to families seeking unique leisure and tourist destinations.

Best Choice has entered into strategic agreements with international real estate players as part of its worldwide expansion plans. These agreements further extend the company's property portfolio to cater to the needs of diverse customers at competitive prices

Mohamad Rabih Itani, CEO, Best Choice, said: "We aim to gain a strategic position within the highly competitive regional and global property markets. We will offer some of the best real estate and investment solutions with a strong focus on quality, credibility, and customer-satisfaction. Aside from the Middle East where we enjoy a strong presence, we also offer high-end property investment options in choice international locations such as the Maldives, Spain, Italy, Turkey and Saudi Arabia. Our focus is on offering tailor-made solutions that guarantee substantial returns to our investors.

Best Choice is emerging as a property solution provider of choice via its strategic mix of high-end developments, market research, and professional staff. Its CEO, Mohamad Rabih Itani, was honoured with a Golden Globe Tigers Award for being one of Asia's '50 Most Talented Chief Marketing Officers' at the 2013 World Marketing Summit held recently in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
