Colorado Film Institute Announces GMC As Premiere Sponsor And Official Vehicle Of The 2018 Vail Film Festival


(MENAFNEditorial) VAIL, CO The Colorado Film Institute is excited to welcome GMC as the Official Vehicle of the 15th annual Vail Film Festival. With a special focus on female filmmakers this year, the 15th annual Vail Film Festival will take place April 5-8, 2018 in Vail, Colorado. In addition to film screenings, the festival will include panel discussions and nightly parties. The 2018 lineup includes films starring 2018 Oscar winner Allison Janney, Ed O'Neill, Aya Cash, Emily Mortimer, Ron Livingston, Clea DuVall, Margaret Cho, Taissa Farmiga, and Melissa Benoist, among others.

As the Official Vehicle of the Vail Film Festival, GMC will have a strong presence at the event through various brand activations including VIP guest and filmmaker transfers in GMC Yukon Denalis to different Festival venues and events throughout the Town of Vail.

Additionally, GMC will present the GMC Theater (the Blue Starlite Theater), the premiere theater of the festival, located at the new Hotel Talisa. The GMC Theater will be the screening venue for all festival highlight films, including the Opening Night Film, Sun Dogs, directed by Once Upon a Time star, Jennifer Morrison, and Closing Night Film, The Long Dumb Road, directed by Hannah Fidell.
