The opening ceremony was attended by Her Majesty Queen Rania Al Abdullah, His Royal Highness Crown Prince Hussein, a number of royal family members, the prime minister, the Senate president, the speaker of the Lower House of Parliament, the president of the Judicial Council, the chief of the Royal court, the president of the Constitutional Court, the director of the King's Office, the King's advisors, the ministers, the Royal Court secretary general, the army chief, the directors of the general intelligence, the public security, the gendarmerie, and civil defence departments, senior civil and military officials and members of the Arab and foreign diplomatic corps.
