(MENAFN) Police has arrested four suspected of Islamic State links in central Kayseri province on Wednesday, a security source said.
One of the four allegedly posted a video that showed him killing his own brother per request of the terrorist organization.
Abdulkhaleq Abdulqader Ali shot his brother in the head and posted a video of it on social media, according to sources.
Ali was arrested along with three others associated to him.
