(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) WASHINGTON, Nov 2 (KUNA) -- US police confirmed on Thursday three people have reportedly died late Wednesday after a deadly shooting in a Colorado department store.
Authorities said a gunman opened fire inside a Walmart department store in Thornton, Colorado, striking multiple people including a woman who died after being treated at a nearby hospital.
According to police, the two other victims were adult males, but there is no word on whether anyone had been taken into custody.
Investigators are reviewing security footage and interviewing witness to get a description of the suspect behind the shooting.
In addition to the victims, two people were treated at a nearby hospital for injuries from the incident.
Two days ago, eight people were killed and 15 others injured when a truck ploughed into pedestrians on the roadside in Manhattan.
