(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) WASHINGTON, Oct 6 (KUNA) -- The US condemned an attack on the Fatehpur Sharif Shrine in Balochistan, Pakistan on Friday, which killed at least 18 civilians and wounded others.
"We offer our deepest condolences to the victims and their families, and wish a speedy recovery to those injured," said State Department Spokesperson Heather Nauert in a statement.
She reiterated that the US will continue to work with the Pakistani government and its partners across the region to combat terrorism. (end) ak.mb
