Journalists stated protest in Turkey


(MENAFN- Afghanistan Times) AT-KABUL: The Afghan journalists, living in Turkey on Monday staged protest to seek investigation of their cases by the United Nation High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) in Ankara Turkey.
These reporters 40 days ago, submitted their institutional and demonstrable letter to the UNHCR due to lack of attention to investigate their cases, said a statement issued the journalist protestors.

The treated journalists at the same time of protesting, against united nation high commissioner for refugees, run a campaign to collect signature for their support as well as broadcast and issue their events at all around the world via regular media outlets and social media.

The protestor journalists seek support from all national and international human rights advocator organizations, added the statement.

The journalists warned that they will continue the protest, if the UNHCR don't pay attention to their cases.
