GDP growth in Turkey reaches 5.1%


(MENAFN) Turkey's Gross Domestic Product (GDP) expansion has seen an increase to about 5.1% during the April-June period of the current year, according to the Turkish Statistical Institute.

Moreover, it said the total value has gained a raise a year-on-year by 4.7% in the agricultural sector, as well as 6.3% in the industry sector.

The shipments of goods and services have inched up 10.5% in Q2 of the current year, the statement announced.
