(MENAFN) The number of constructed buildings in Abu Dhabi hit 913 amid the second quarter of the year compared to 751 buildings amid the same period of 2016.
Moreover, the increasing pace of construction in the country shows its ongoing urban renaissance amid the two last decades.
Meanwhile, the Abu Dhabi region topped the list for the most number of constructed buildings in the whole of UAE, with 470 buildings being built by the end of the quarter.
In addition, the number of buildings in the Al Ain region increased 23 percent to reach 395 amid the quarter, while in Al Dhafra region they soared to 48 buildings last year.
