(MENAFN- Arab Times) KUWAIT CITY, Aug 30: The Appeals Circuit of the Misdemeanor Court cancelled the verdict issued by the Court of First Instance to imprison a Kuwaiti citizen who is accused of stealing movable property of an entertainment center. The court instead acquitted him.
