Meanwhile, Foreign Minister made the announcement amid talks in Baghdad with Iraq's Prime Minster and said the USD512mn would be released before the end of the year.
Moreover, the loan eyes to help the war-torn nation implement reforms enhance public services and boost the performance of its state enterprises.
