Riyadh, Dhu-AlQa'dah 08, 1438, July 31, 2017, SPA -- The Republic of Djibouti expressed its deep condemnation of the launching of a ballistic missile towards Makkah area by the Houthi militias.
The condemnation was expressed in a statement issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Djibouti which described the it as brutal attack.
Djibouti, according to the statement, affirmed its full solidarity and full stand with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in the face of everything that would harm its sovereignty and disturb its security and stability.
It also reiterated its position in support of the legitimacy of Yemen and the efforts exerted to reach a comprehensive peace settlement based on the agreed terms of reference of the Gulf Initiative and its executive mechanism, the outcomes of the national dialogue and relevant UN Security Council resolutions.
