Cholera affects more than 1,990 people in Yemen, WHO says


(MENAFN) The World Health Organization (WHO) posted that at least 1,992 people were died due to a cholera epidemic in war-torn Yemen since late April.

According to the WHO, about 419,804 supposed cases of cholera have been confirmed to be in the city since April 27.

Furthermore, the UN agency announced that the biggest number of victims was recorded in the northwestern Hajjah Province as well as in Hudaida in western Yemen.
