THE STORY:
We just received an urgent phone call from our partners in Yemen. A state of emergency has been declared in the country. The death toll has risen to 924 deaths. More than 100 people are dying per week from DEHYDRATION caused by this PREVENTABLE DISEASE. Our non-profit organization, Yemen Relief Project, is actively responding to the crisis with the medical campaign, Project Heal Yemen: Curing Cholera.

Here are the facts from our partners on the ground in Yemen: 156 patients are presenting per day at Al-Thawra Hospital, the largest hospital in Sanaa, Yemen. 25% of patients are NOT able to afford the $10 treatment (fluids and antibiotics) needed to cure their illness. A meal at a restaurant or a few cups of coffee ($10 !!!) to save one life in Yemen. This is what we need from you!
