Kuwait- 20 youths arrested in Shuwaikh brawl


(MENAFN- Arab Times) KUWAIT CITY, June 17: Police have arrested 20 youths, who were involved in a brawl in Shuwaikh, reports Al-Rai daily. The youths were arrested immediately after someone posted a clip of the fight in the social media. Police initially arrested five young men after identifying them from their car plate numbers two of whom were already admitted to the Sabah Hospital for treatment. The five then gave police the names of others who were involved in the fight and were subsequently arrested.

Beaten for nothing: Police are looking for eight unidentified persons for assaulting 2 workers of a cleaning company in Rumaithiya, reports Al-Rai daily. The workers have filed complaints and submitted medical reports showing bruises on several parts of their bodies. They said that they were collecting garbage when the men came rushing out of their homes and beat them for no apparent reason.
