Qatar- HH the Emir Meets Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi

(MENAFN - Qatar News Agency) Doha, July 20 (QNA) - HH the Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani and HH the Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al-Nahyan held a meeting at Al Bahr Palace on Wednesday.
At the beginning of the meeting, HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al-Nahyan conveyed the greetings of HH President of the UAE Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al-Nahyan to HH the Emir and his wishes of further progress and prosperity to the Qatari people.
On his part, HH the Emir entrusted HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed to convey his wishes of continued good health and happiness to the UAE President and more progress and prosperity to the brotherly people of the UAE.
Talks during the meeting dealt with the fraternal relations between the two countries and ways to advance them in various fields, particularly with regard to strengthening the bonds of fraternal cooperation within the framework of the GCC joint action in order to ensure further progress, security and stability for the peoples of the GCC states.
The two sides also reviewed the latest regional and international developments and exchanged views on a number of issues of common concern.
The meeting was attended by a number of Their Excellencies Ministers.
It was attended from the UAE side by HH National Security Adviser Sheikh Tahnoon bin Zayed Al-Nahyan, HH Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Presidential Affairs Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al-Nahyan, and a number of Their Excellencies members of the accompanying delegation. (QNA)
