Abu Dhabi sees stable residential market in Q1


(MENAFN) The residential segment of Abu Dhabi remained relatively stable in terms of demand and supply during the first quarter of 2016, according to a report.

In detail, sale and rental prices on residential apartments and villas remained stable or showed marginal decreases compared to the last quarter of 2015.

Moreover, Q1 2016 residential sales segment in Abu Dhabi was characterized by low transaction volumes and stable sale prices, the report added.
